The principle of penetrating the subconscious mind is as simple as offering a positive suggestion, a new thought, or a different truth. This is where the memory functions at its very best. The subconscious mind is programmed like an endless tape, implanted within the complex synapses and cells of the brain. Actually, you become what your subconscious mind thinks. Then, our thoughts and beliefs transform us into our character and give us our physiological makeup.
Man finds himself isolated in the cosmos, because he is no longer involved in nature and has lost his emotional 'unconscious identity' with natural phenomena. These have lost their symbolic implications. His contact with nature has gone, and with it has gone the profound emotional energy that his symbolic connection supplied . . . Carl Jung
While participating within workings of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy the subjects, clients, or patients will gain the advantage of gaining unlimited health benefits. This is because you, as the hypnotherapist, will introduce them to supernatural powers while demonstrating hypnotic trances in conjunction with the many inductions described within the examples, techniques and illustrations. In refusing to succumb to subversive habits, such as smoking, alcoholism, drug addiction, overeating, and the like, you place the patients' futures on a straight path, healthy and dynamic, toward achieving their ultimate goals.
The psychosomatic energy incurred by alleviating the many degenerative habits will boost their confidence and energy levels to such a degree it will induce transformation and in turn, manifest their ideals, wishes, desires, and innermost dreams. Conversely, to succumb to any form of life-sapping habit is tantamount to being unable to resist a dark glass of anti-matter presented by death's own hand. Degenerative habits are the devil's invented diversions to personal gain, needs, self-esteem, heart's desires, and all forms of positive energies associated with the progression of life-giving forces. The key is to seek and develop constraint – better yet, cessation of all negative vices, and devices.
So, what can hypnotherapy do for you? Not only can hypnosis be used to improve your physical and mental functioning, but it can also be used as a tool to achieve a great level of success and self-esteem for your clients. Although being under hypnosis is not in any way harmful, it is understandable that someone may be slightly apprehensive their first time. After one or two visits with an experienced hypnotherapist, persons will come to realize that hypnosis is a very helpful tool and a wondrous, healthy way to arm themselves for the 21st century. The principle of penetrating the subconscious mind is as simple as offering a positive suggestion, a new thought, or a different truth. This is where the memory functions at its very best. The subconscious mind is programmed like an endless tape, implanted within the complex synapses and atomic cells of the brain. Actually, you become what your subconscious mind thinks. Then, our thoughts and beliefs transform us into our character and give us our psychological makeup.
You may think you can always consciously control your emotions, but after experiencing a crisis you may have wondered why you behaved so erratically, even sporadically. Actually, your subconscious mind is in control of every function necessary to keep you alive and well; functions that the conscious mind is not aware of performing. Try maintaining your heart rate, your blood count, your cell structure, and how many times you blink every minute of the day – all at the same time. (A little known fact is that the eyes even move and blink during sleep.)
How about taking complete control of your memory? Properly accessed, it is possible to go into that subconscious tape and play back every word, every picture, every incident you've ever experienced – even from the very day you were born. In fact, the trauma of birth has had, in some ways, a lasting effect on each and every person. Going beyond that, since the subconscious is Ancestral in development, it actually becomes feasible to access past lives – this is because the subconscious is also supernatural in spirit.
